 Confirmation:

        All orders are able to ship to all over the world.

       A confirmation email will be sent to you (the email used to place the order) once the order is authorized and verified.

       We will be preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

 Shipping Processing:

     Normally it takes 2-4 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

    Once your order is dispatched, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.

    Standard free shipping time: For the United States, estimated to be delivered in 7-15 business days. Please allow 5-10 days delay for the remote area(Hawaii, Alaska and other islands); For European countries, estimated to be delivered in 10-20 business days. 

    Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Return Options


We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. And make sure all items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

We accept return if the goods are damaged, or there're any shipping errors, such as you received a wrong model, wrong size or wrong color jersey. You'd better take a photo of goods that you want to change and show it as an evidence to us for us to confirm the information and deal with the issue for you soon. All the issues should be solved within 30 days, including exchanging time.


All ordered items are the right items you pick on nflplayeronline.com. And if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
